Mullein leaf (dried) - WH002
$8.00 - free shipping

Mullein leaf is used in teas, tinctures, poultices, and compresses. Hillbillies even smoke the stuff - they say it helps sooth lung conditions like asthma.

Mullein is a spongy plant which tips us off that it is good for the lungs (lung tissue is spongy, too). We prefer to take our mullein in tea or tincture form.

All of our herbs are hand selected and held to the highest standards. Our mullein grow wild in nearby meadows and has never been sprayed or chemically treated in any way. This is a 4" x 6" bag with approximately 1/3 ounce of mullein leaf.To read more about mullein, visit Every Green Herb.

"And God said, To every beast of the earth and to every fowl of the air and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth wherein there is life, I have given EVERY GREEN HERB for meat: and it was so. And God saw everything that he had made, and, behold it was very good.  And the evening and the morning were the sixth day." Genesis 1:29-31

"The only way to really learn about herbal medicine is to touch and smell herbs, taste them, use them daily, and grow them if possible. Herbal medicine is a way of life - it is not a quick fix."... Janice Boling

Herbal products should be kept in a cool, dry place. Store for extended periods in the refrigerator. Discard if mold appears or if oils become rancid. Never use on open wounds. Always test on a small area of skin before widespread use. Consult with your healthcare professional before using any herbal remedy especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking other medicines.
